How EGF Group handles what you send through the form on this site.
What we keep
What you write in the form: your name, email address and message, plus the language the page was shown in and when the enquiry arrived. The site sets no cookies.
Why
To read and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Who handles the details
They are stored on servers at HostUp in Sweden. Each enquiry is sorted automatically by an AI model, Jev through OpenRouter in the United States, which filters out spam and flags what is urgent; the enquiry's content is sent there for that. We are notified of new enquiries through the email service Mailjet, which then sees your name. Your details are not sold or used for marketing.
How long
An answered enquiry is deleted 90 days after it was answered. An unanswered one is deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask what details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and object to our handling them. Write to us through the form. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.

EGF Group is the data controller. You can reach us through the form on egf.group.
